STILL trying to activate a new phone, have been on hold, and worked with at least 5 different techs, was told Tier 2 would call me at a specific time, it is now 2 hours past that time. When someone calls, the ONLY thing I'm going to ask (after 5 days of this garbage) is how to send their brand new phone back and lose a loyal customer of 25 years.
