Subject: Request to Reinstate Autopay and Paper-Free Billing Discount

Dear Verizon Wireless Customer Support,

I hope this message finds you well. I have been a loyal Verizon Wireless customer for almost four years, and I take pride in consistently paying my bill on time. Recently, I noticed that the autopay and paper-free billing discount of $20 has been removed from my account without my consent.

I believe I am entitled to this discount, and I kindly request that it be reinstated before my next billing cycle. Should this issue not be resolved promptly, I will have to consider alternative wireless service providers.

Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter. I look forward to your swift resolution.

Have you checked your account to figure why the discount was removed? Did you remove the paperless setting? Are you using your checking account or the Verizon credit card as the payment method for the autopay setting? Don't assume it was randomly removed if you haven't checked your account.

How am I supposed to know if you already checked your account? You didn't state so in your earlier post. You didn't mention anything about how you were maintaining the discount prior to it being removed and you didn't mention if anything changed in your account around the time the discount was removed. Mind reading isn't a thing outside of science fiction as far as I know.
