Hello Hans Vestberg, I am writing in today to let you know my experience on 4-20-79 in hope that you can fix this. I went into the store and added a line as well as got a phone. The salesman went over everything step by step because I had explained that every time I add a line it’s never right and I always have to get it corrected and she assured me that the quote I was given was what my bill will be. She printed out the paper work and highlighted my current bill my next bill and my new monthly. However when I looked online the next day it was over 200. I went back to the store and the Asst Manager said it was nothing he could do and if I returned the phone I would have to pay a restocking fee and this was just over 24 hours that we had got the phone. So I called customer Service I talked with Raphael he stated my bill would be fix and honored to what I was quoted, and he was putting in a ticket and would call me to follow up, after not receiving a call I called back spoke with Maria she looked over my bill and stated the same thing and that she would be calling me to make sure I was honored what I was quoted, no call so I called back spoke with Samantha she talked to me and told me she was sure it was something she could do to make it right but she needed to talk to her manager and schedule a call for the next day at 245 no call so I called again it continues on I end up speaking with a Manger by the name of Gem and she stated she would make sure she get Samantha to call back and she did stating she would have to call back bc her manager had called out. So she scheduled a call for the next day at 330 so I drove back to the store so when I got the call the salesman could talk to her however she didn’t call so the salesman man and I contacted customer service and spoke with Ron he was on the escalation team he looked up the order#and Loc# he promised my bill Would be what was on the quote print out so I recorded the call. Then Samantha finally called and stated that couldn’t be done. Sir Mr. Vestberg this has been a disaster and after researching I see that I am not the only one that this keep happening to. And I really just want this fixed fairly Sir and I have all The paper work that the salesman highlighted. Thank you so much in advance and I look forward to hearing from you soon. I also emailed the CEO Hans Vestberg, if this is not handled I will be filing a complaint with BBB and the FCC. However, I would first like to file a complaint with someone in Verizon who can resolve the problem immediately. If that doesn't work then I will take it to the BBB, FCC, State Attorney Generals Office and anyone else who will listen.
