I run a business if my phone and just had my call filter block my main work line! I never blocked it, if anything it’s one of the most used #s I have. In reaching out to Verizon last night they said it was fixed. This AM I was not able to log into my filter app, so I once again reached out. They advised me to take off the pall and reload. Once I did, sure enough, there is my main work # blocked again. As I am sitting here losing business!!!
the kicker….i am told I only may allow 5 numbers to unblock for 90 days, but….i can it’s for more. I run a business and hand out my business card to people who are no in my phone. This is my livelihood.
the fix…I am told I just need to disable call filter to avoid numbers being blocked. Even if they are repeatedly used #s? Yes! Wow, this does not work for me or my business.
since Verizon is not open to protect their clients with no more charges on basic calling functions and this obviously doesn’t work for my business model…my Saturday work day will now be spent search another carrier.
after 22 years of loyalty and 4 devices I pay for, sorry Verizon. You just failed me.

We are concerned to learn about your experience when using Call Filter and we understand how important it is for these business calls to come through to your phone. To better understand, is Call Filter automatically blocking calls from this number as potential Spam/Telemarketer or is the number showing listed as a number on the blocked list?
