ChicagoTrace, we don't want you to miss an important message. Let's make sure that you're connected to our network and data is turned ON. Tap Settings>Cellular>Enable Data ON. Access those voice mails and keep us posted.
My cellular data is turned in - the play button on my visual voicemail is grayed out
