My daughter recently had to get a replacement phone. She’s having trouble syncing all her music on the new phone. Phone settings are on, she looked at her Apple Music on her laptop and should be synced …. Any thoughts?
Music is a must for me as well, LizT78. I can't go anywhere without a great playlist to get me through the day, and we want to make sure your daughter is able to get her music synced as well. We do have limited resources for troubleshooting Apple Music, as it is an Apple Service. We recommend going right to the source for help.
