I don't know what to do. My I Phone SE froze up and I cannot shut it off or put my passcode in. I have been waiting for over an hour to talk to a live person at Verizon but no one is answering (by the way, can you change the tune? Over and over, the same one. LOL). I am still waiting. I think what I need is a hard reboot. Can someone send a hard reboot to my I Phone?
