I just switched from cricket to Verizon around the 20th of last month, and I got the beyond plan. I also got an iPhone X. Lately it’s been going to 1x a lot and I was wondering what the deal was. I HAVE surpassed th 22gb full speed data, and my data isn’t prioritized, but I’ve never had it render my phone useless on any other carrier I’ve had. How can I fix this?
Zip code 89429.
It happens in my home.

Same problem at 75039 and 02917. Mostly 75039.
iPhone X iOS 12.3.1 VzW Business having used 23 of my 30Gb data.
Not a drop of data goes through whethen it is 1x or 3g, might show some bars or not at all. No txt messages. Voice calling works.
Have to restart my phone every time this happens.

Going indoors the signal is lost, and returning outdoors the LTE data doesn’t start until rebooting my phone. Switching to Flightmode does not help.

Jorppo, I thank you for the steps you've already taken. Everything checks out in the areas you provided earlier. What happens when you test after resetting network settings: Settings; General; Reset; Reset Network Settings

I would suggest resetting network settings. This may wipe out saved Wi-Fi networks.
Reset Network Settings - Apple iPhone | Verizon Wireless
If this doesn't work backup your device and reset to factory settings. Then set the phone up as new. See if the device is any better. If not, schedule an appointment with Apple to have your device looked at or possibly swapped out.
Schedule an appointment via the Apple Support app. Tap on Get Support at the bottom of the app.

i am having the same exact problem whether I'm in 19107, 07458 or 19040. as of today, my phone looses all coverage and I can't even use the internet or gps! this is ridiculous. it's been getting worse and worse. I called recently and they told me to reset the setting. that helped for just about five minutes! does Verizon help their customers anymore?

pixie7, we're always willing to help and don't want you to be experiencing loss of service. I did check out the zip codes you shared, to see if there were any reported problems. Nothing came up, so we'll need to do some troubleshooting to see why you're losing signal.
When you say the phone loses coverage, does your iPhone display 'No Service' or merely have low signal bars? When this happens is voice and texting working? Finally, does this happen more often indoors or outdoors?
