My Iphone 4 S email is not working.I have it on, can see frozen emails up to 4/15/15, then nothing after that. Getting a message that states "Cannot get mail, Connection to server failed" Whom do I contact regarding this? I have Charter at home, Verizon

my iphone 4s email feature is not working. it's turned on, however, cannot retrieve any email since 4/15/15 , frozen screen showing those emails, however,unable to read, and any emails after 4/15 not coming thru. Stating " Cannot get mail, Connection to Server failed" Whom do I contact regarding this? I have Charter at home, and Verizon Wireless for Cell phone. please help.   I have rebooted it, have made sure it's turned on..still nothing.

IS charter also your email server?

check both online on your account to see if the email is being forwarded.

delete and re add the email.
