when i try to open the my Verizon app it comes up with a box that says restart and you press it and it brings me back to the same box i have rebooted the phone try it with wifi and with out and removed and reinstalled the app and getting the same message i have also try it on my tablet and i get the same error
Yeah I have this same issue and have also started a discussion here on the community. I called and spoke to support and they said that they are looking into so hopefully we have a resolution here soon.
