I ported my iPhone Xs over from AT&T Firstnet last week and up until today I have been receiving phone calls just fine. Today I have not been able to receive any phone calls. I have made contact with tech support and they said to reset my network settings. Did that and nothing changed.
When trying to call my phone people get routed over to a message that states my AT&T voicemail account isn't set up and they need more information. Since this is now a Verizon line, that should not be the case. I don't understand why my number has been working fine and all of a sudden has an issue a week after the porting was done.
