My iPhone 4 won't connect to my home wi-fi any more. It used to just fine. I know the name and password are correct. I called Verizon and they couldn't figure it out, sent me to Apple. They want me to pay them before they'll talk to me. Can you help?

Try turning your wireless router off for about 2 minutes & back on.
