My iPhone5 fails to receive text messages from an iPhone4S on the same Verizon account.

We need to get you connected again, Jan07! How long have you not been able to receive messages from that phone? Let's first make sure messages are not inadvertently blocked http://vz.to/MqEgqB. Then make sure your iMessage is enabled http://vz.to/140ZYg2.
Do you know if they are getting your messages?

Thank you Tamara.  I solved the problem with Verizon Live Chat.  Every time I tried to use Live Chat it was not available ... but finally it was! and the person I got was great.  Very simple.  iMessage was accidentally turned off on my phone.  That's all it was.
