My phone has been lagging and freezing up on me

I have read forums about people having issues with the new IOS update and their keyboard lagging on them. However, has anyone experienced their whole phone freezing and then going crazy on them? To be it would looks like someone hacking my phone but I know thats not the case. It'll freeze on me while I scroll then scroll back to the top all on its own. It will face time and call people as well as open and exit apps, again all on its own. Without me touching any part of the screen. If anyone has had this software issue please let me know how you resolved it. I have already restored and recovered.
