MY phone is not receiving phone calls and texts while I am at work. I am one of four people with Verizon Wireless at work and we all have the same problem.  Verizon needs to fix it!

Receiving communications while at work is important, Tiredofthis2. Let's get to the bottom of what's happening. What make and model phone do you have? Are you able to place calls and send texts? How long has this been going on?

This has been going on for almost three years!  It has been worse since we bought our iPhone 6's.  Verizon's response is for me to buy a $350 booster!  As we are sitting here my husband just got 20 plus texts from yesterday!  We are paying $200 a month for horrible service right now!

That's three years too long, Tiredofthis2. Those awesome phones should be working great. While a network extender is known to improve service greatly, let's see if there's something else causing this to happen. How is your data service working in the same location? What is turned on under Settings - Cellular - Roaming? What is turned on under Settings - Cellular - Enable LTE?

I agree!  200 a month for [removed] service. Never can get a straight answer just a cover up excuse so maybe you will get upset and change carriers.  I have been with Verizon for five years.  Maybe time for something new.
