My phone looked like it had two screens.

I went to use my phone only to find it locked up with what looked like two screens. They were the sign-in screen and what looked to be the camera screen. When I went to sign in, it wouldn't let me. Eventually the screen went completely dark. I can get the helpful voice of Sirius now and then but still no screen opening up. I have tried shutting off the phone to restart but it won't shut off either.

That definitely sounds a bit odd and we want to ensure everything is working as it should. If you try pressing and holding the power button along with the circular menu button for 15-20 seconds, do you receive any response from the device? If the device does not respond at all, we can attempt to place it in Recovery Mode https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201263.
