I got my new iphone 15 got it all activated and everything got my number transferred and my service isnt working? contacted the online agents and got told my number got turned into a business number? i don't understand how when i transferred my phone number from total by verizon to verizon wireless it somehow got turned into a business number.
and my iphone 11 with the sim card in still works with my phone number

If your phone has been turned into business line, please dial *611 from your phone and you'll be connected to business team who will be able to help you get a consumer account.
