My phone takes a screenshot every time I push the button to look at it. ANy ideas?

Every time I look at my phone (touching the button to turn on the screen) it takes a screenshot and adds to the photo album. Any idea how to fix this?

Screenshots are a useful tool when working properly. Let's get to the bottom of this. How long has this been going on? Are you pressing the home button or power button when this happens?
