Reception has been bad since I bought my iPhone 12 when it came out. The first year it was just bad at home the only way I got a signal was thru my wifi. No cell connection. After many calls and conv. with V. and no help or difference I quit calling. Now , I get calls dropped, phone never rings but later see I missed a call. I am rural but even in town the service is awful.
Verizon has a big problem because there seems to lots of customers having the same problem and Verizon doesn't have the ability to solve it. I very much dislike this company. I think I'll go with a local carrier.
