My texts aren't being delivered to one specific person, but I can get their texts. Any help?

My texts to one specific person aren't being delivered.  I get their texts, but when I respond they don't get the message. Any ideas on fixing this?

CindyCIB,

Sorry to hear about the trouble with texting that person. Is it only when you reply or when you send a new text? Have they had trouble receiving texts from others? Can you call them at that same number without issue? Ask them to delete you as a contact on their phone and then send them a new text. Do they get it?
