NFL Mobile App not working

My NFL Mobile app don't work on my iphone anymore as of a couple weeks ago. I'm guessing it was due to the latest update. Is there a fix coming soon?

Just checked NFL mobile app on my iPhone and it's working fine. Do you have the latest update on the app? Have you tried deleting the app and then redownloading it to see if that helps?

Yes I've deleted it twice and reinstalled it. I think the last update screwed it up.

Oh that's possible. I'm not sure if anyone else has mentioned an issue with the iPhone 4. Try doing a Google search to see if others have mentioned issues...especially on the Apple Support forums.

I saw that a similar question was asked in iphone 4 content but I didn't see that anyone responded to the guy. I'll check with Apple support

Have you tried contacting the app creator to make sure there isn't an issue with the last update and how it interacts with your iOS version? It may be something to do with that. I can't test it out on any device that still has iOS 7 since I don't still own an iPhone that old but if I can come across a Verizon customer with it I will see if they too are having the issue.

I'm not sure how to talk to the app creator. I figured Verizon might have better luck. I did see another customer with the same issue last week on this forum though

The creator is the NFL and you can contact them via this link: http://www.nfl.com/contact-us. You will be able to choose the Nfl Mobile App as your purpose of contacting and then explain the situation.

Software version is 7.1.2

When I try to get on NFL Mobile it acts like it's loading and then disappears from my screen. I still get notifications from them but can't view anything
