I recently bought a phone and plan through verizon, as a part of my package I was given free NFL Sunday ticket. This is false advertisement. I have tried to access this for the past month and a half. I have gone to verizon multiple times and it has yet to be resolved. It is just an email that needs to be sent to me. This is ridiculous!
I know how appealing this offer was when I first saw it as well, and I wouldn't want to miss out on my favorite team, nwalker22. Normally, this is redeemed through a tile on My Verizon, which is where the email would direct you. What do you see on My Verizon when you look under Make the Most of your Plans?

all i see is a discount on a disney bundle. i still haven't gotten a email about my free sunday ticket and it's not in my "make the most of my plan". is there anything i can do? or can you resend the email? thank you for your response !
Thank you for the information. If you don't mind me asking, are you using the mobile app or our website to redeem it? Did you sign in to My Verizon account owner or account manager/authorized user profile?

I've tried to do it both on the mobile app and the website. I have also gone to the verizon store to try and get it figured out and it has yet to be done. I have been signing in on the mobile app and it's take me to sign in as an owner.
