NO Call logs available

Trying to view current call logs for my lines and it is stating no call logs available.  Typically I can see up to date call/message logs and do not have to wait for the bill.  I have seen this issue posted before but it is happening today.  Is Verizon fixing this?  I am told they are opening a ticket but I honestly dont believe it.

Having the same issue and from the other topics this is an ongoing problem with them. And it’s customers the run around.

Hello, Esuell10, we’ve identified an issue where customers are unable to view their usage details through My Verizon. Our teams are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible. 

In the meantime, customers may have the ability to track data usage on their devices. 

Google: Settings>>Network & Internet>>SIMs>>App data usage

Samsung: Settings>>Connections>>Data Usage>>Mobile data usage 

Apple: Settings>>Cellular>>Scroll down to Apps and view usage by App.

Please note that the data usage you see on your device might not align with your billing cycle. However, you can reset your usage statistics now to start tracking from this point on.

Call history for each mobile line on the account will also be printed on the monthly billing statement.

Hello, I have the same issue. PLEASE HELP! I can’t view my call logs or voicemails on the My Verizon app. I use this function while traveling to keep track of my calls. Now I can’t view them. Nowhere to be found. This hasn’t been working for about a week and I can’t get support I keep getting kicked out of chat. AI is bouncing me back to the internet constantly. There has been no help and I pay A LOT of money for Verizon services. I am NOT HAPPY with this and am frustrated. PLEASE HELP THIS IS URGENT. What am I paying for if the app is always broken and support won’t help????
