Need Help Contradicting Information

Would anyone know why the pre-order say it will ship on X date for the iphone 5s and when I enter the Order #, Location and last name it tells me to check back in an hour? Ugh this is so frustrating. Been with Verizon since the begging of time. Can someone please help me!
