I bought an iPhone 11promax from a stranger, the device is used normally with international carriers. After 1 period of use, I erased all settings, when I reactivated the device,then the device has been locked by verizon with sim card. I contacted verizon, but they don't seem interested. How can I unlock my device to use an international SIM? It's really important to me.
