Network Connectivity Issues

I recently acquired the iPhone 14 Pro Max. At times, my phone will say 5G or LTE but I have no network service whatsoever. Can't even reach a website to do a speed test because there is simply no internet. I've tried to go into airplane mode and come back out. I've reset the network settings. Rebooted. I saw a forum with other people having similar issues with iPhone 14 Pro / Pro Max. I am fully up to date on 16.1. I am not sure if this is a Verizon issue or an Apple issue. My current zip code is 45439 and my home zip code is 45373. I know there is coverage in these areas. Is anyone else having similar issues?
