I have had nothing but trouble so far with Verizon. I’m just trying to find these stupid QR codes that we need to activate 3 lines.

Since this thread is in the Apple forum and you're referring to QR codes, I'm assuming you have newer generation iPhones which are eSIM only. Hopefully this video will help, as you can do the device activation via My Verizon:

If you are a brand new customer who just ported your lines into Verizon and your phones aren't working, I think that's an issue for Verizon's Porting Department, who may be reached at 888-844-7095.
