I have spent two days on the phone with Verizon tech, sales etc. specialists and still my iPhone 13 with Verizon postpaid connection has not been activated. Countless hours have been spent on chat support too. It's been like this for two days now and still no resolution has been provided.
Error on screen: iPhone is not activated, contact your cellular provider.
Dealing with this now. Only I can't even get anyone on the phone. I TRIED to have the agent set it up in the store before I left (like when I bought a previous one 2 months ago) and he said they couldn't bc of privacy law changes (?!) Now, the service department is CLOSED on the phone. So how the heck do I get a working phone. NONE of the website links/steps/information does a single thing... Except... it started setting up a brand new account/service on the new phone! Um... NO. This is a replacement device on an existing line. I'm not setting up an additional account or line.
This has been one of the most frustrating experiences EVER.
And I have wasted 4 hours (so far) just today. Can hardly wait to start my Monday dealing with this crappola again.
