I’ve had the absolute worst time with Verizon I ordered 2 new iPhones back in October last year from the app with early upgrades on one line and just upgrading the other line. The total came out to like 207 and some change and I paid on the app I go to pick the phones up and I couldn’t get them because I had went over my credit limit which is wild to me that I could get them off the app but not in store?? Doesn’t make sense but whatever it’s been 7 months and I still haven’t gotten my money back or been able to get a new phone they even said they raised my limit while I was one the phone with them and the said I had been approved and still nothing has changed. Verizon you should contact me I’d like to get something figured out
