Just got 2 new pro max in the mail today. One for me and one for the wife. Hers transferred and activated just fine and mine is at a stand still. I went through the exact same setup routine as I did with hers and mine will not activate. Try and hey tech support and have literally had a pending Verizon agent suppose to chat with me for over 2 hours. Can anyone point me in the direction to get this problem resolved because obviously the Verizon crew doesn’t have the proper manpower to assist people or just don’t care. Thanks.

If only you knew. Tell me, if you were tethered to a headset for an 8 - 10 hr shift slammed with non stop back to back calls, would you like a stranger saying you don't care?
