My store experience at the Coeur d’Alene IDAHO store was a nightmare! I was sent home with a new phone, still in the box as they wouldn’t open it at the store due to Covid 19. I am not tech savvy, but they said it was up to me to set up my new phone. To make this a short story, I spent 2 hours on chat the next day in order to set up and activate my phone. You can’t even speak with a person anymore. We’ve been with Verizon since before it was even called Verizon wireless. Horrible way to keep a good customer! I will be switching my service.
