No IPV6 IP address detected

Since last week I have not had an IPV6 IP address for my Iphone 13 when I have been on cellular and  wifi. I noticed this on the sign in activity on my gmail account as well as when I went to whatismyipaddress.com.  On that site is says "IPV6: Not detected".  I am wondering why this is the case as up until last week I have had the IPV6 address as well as the IPV4.  I have had concerns that my phone was "messed" with in the past and I am wondering if this is a cause of concern.  I am also wondering if there are settings within my Iphone that control this that I can set.  Any help would be appreciated.
