Not getting any incoming calls. I am connected to the Verizon Signal extender and all calls are going to Voice Mail.
Trying to contact tech support and was of no use. facing this issue for the past several weeks, but they are billing without miss but fixing tech issues they have issues. Today I took off from work and calling Tech support from 9 AM in the morning and it's now 4 PM, with no positive solution. whenever you are connected to tech support after 20 mins the call gets disconnected and they never call back. I have asked them to update notes, last I spoke to Tina from tech support.
We are in contract with Verizon, otherwise, I would have left to ATnT or any other better services.

after turning off the extender, and enabling WiFi calling I get the calls but only 1 signal is there. As we had bad reception, that when Verizon guys sent us this extender.
