I ordered an iPhone 17 Pro on Oct 8th, it says the shipping date is 10/17, today is 10/30. It has not arrived nor has the shipping date been updated. I reached out through the Verizon help in which I chatted with 8 different reps which said they can not look into the details of my order, which doesn’t make sense to me. I finally chatted with some who told me they should get a shipment in by 10/24 and my phone would be expedited to me. This was 2 weeks ago, my phone still says it will ship 10/17, no updates. I am frustrated part of my decision to get a new phone is that Verizon would help pay off my old phone. Next week I am due to make a payment on my old phone (if I don’t return it, which I can’t because I don’t have a new phone). I am worried that I am going to end up paying more for the new phone because I can’t get it in time than I intended, which is completely out of my control.
