About a week ago I switched to Verizon from AT&T but kept my number. I am trying to sign into Telegram and WhatsApp but am not receiving texts messages or phone calls with the verification codes.
We always want you to be able to get all of your text and calls. We are here to help you, Jab2018.
Are you getting all of your other calls and SMS text on your phone from other sources? Have you checked to make sure your old phone with your previous provider was powered off or wiped your number from it?
Since starting with us have you requested to block Premium SMS? This can prevent those messages.
