I have full bars and LTE but absolutely nothing on my phone will download. Can't text, call, browse the internet, nothing. I have restarted my phone multiple times, turned on airplane mode multiple times, nothing will work. I am at work for 8+ hours and NEED this fixed
We all rely on our phones to work every day, and that is what we want for you, AlexaEden. We can see you posted this two days ago. Is this still an issue? If yes, what city and state are you in? When did this start? Do you know if other Verizon Wireless users are having the same experience?
