No fb live notifications

Since new iOS for iPhone SE I no longer get Facebook live notifications and there is nothing that Verizon or Apple or Facebook can do.   Verizon chat agent even gave me a phone number they claimed was Facebook support but it was a bad person who tried to take all my accounts.  This is what we pay hugely for and what a mistake we’ve all made and going with Verizon.  They bully take your money and know nothing about the phones They sell for their profit. They lead you to bad people but I can’t say the word because it’s not allowed on this forum how convenient.

We always want to ensure that we are providing accurate information to our customers and we would not want to provide any information that is not helpful. Since Facebook is a 3rd Party Company, we can only provide information that is publicly available. I agree that we should be upfront with where we have located information that isn't specific to Verizon. I would recommend reviewing the Facebook app to for help and support information. I looked at my Facebook app and I did not locate a contact number. I would recommend following Facebook's Help and Support information through their menu. Please let us know if there is anything additional we can assist with.
