My phone stopped ringing on incoming texts. The ring tone was working forever and just stopped
toots38- we know how important it is to hear your phone ring. Let's see what could be causing this issue. Is your iPhone up to date with the latest iOS? Is there any physical or water damage to your device? Do you have your device on silent by any chance? You can check on the left side of the device. If the switch is showing red, it is on silent.
