No service in Oak Park, CA

I live in Oak Park, CA i have had verizon for at least 1yr and a half and i have always had great reception here in my home. As of 10-26-15 when Inwas driving home at 8:30pm i have completely lost signal at my house. My phone says "no service" my sister also has verizon never had a problem and her phone also lost signal. I have an iphone 6 she has an iphone 6s. Did a tower go down? Will it be restored or what has happened this is very conserning. I will be calling tomorrow the customer care line just in case but i just need to know if this issue will be fixed or i need to switch service to ATT who does have service here. Like i said never had a problem in my entire house i get service but tonight i do not get ANY service
