I recently purchased a iPhone 12 and at work near the Mexican/US Birder I discovered that there was degraded service. I called customer service they said it was because of my plan. I told them I had about 6 years without any issues and now receiving no signal. Once they set me up for the plan I get a Mexican carrier named TELCEL. apparently their signal is stronger than Verizon. Customer service says there is nothing they can do, I reminded them I have been at same work location for 6 years and no issues. Any assistance is appreciated
