Supposedly my plan was being changed her updated today and then the switch went down and now I’m being told for 24 to 48 hours. My phone will not work you can’t even call my phone and leave a voicemail. It says it’s the wrong number in Verizon is doing nothing about it along with the Apple Watch iPad for four months that they’ve never been able to get to work properly and this iPhone 14 I’ve had for four months as well, but for the last two months has been breaking down, but nobody can seem to help me with it or do anything about it, but as of today at 1 o’clock, my phone completely doesn’t work and it’s stuck in SOS mode and Verizon tech tells me there’s nothing they can do until the switch gets fixed or updated in my plan change which never even happened went through. I’ve been a customer for 15 years. Never had an issue now I have issues every day for four months in Verizon is not helping me at all.

Also, I figure it’s fair to let you guys know that I cannot go without a phone it’s causing me a large problem. Therefore, if it’s not fixed by tomorrow, I’m going to another service provider Thursday.
