Not able receive calls/txts on iPhone but other person receives my calls/txts

I’m having an issue of not receiving calls or txts from on my iPhone 7  from my moms VZW iPhone 7. I can call her n she receives my texts, I don’t receive any of her calls or txts. My iMessages says that none of my txts get delivered or read either when I txt her. Please help

Bones86, getting those calls and messages through is important for any phone. Let's get to the bottom of this. When did this first begin happening? Have you checked your mothers contact list to ensure that she did not accidentally engage a block? Are all of your other texts and calls completing successfully?
