Not receiving Call Name ID (CNAM) Anymore (with active Call Filter Plus subscription)

Hello,

I used Call Filter Plus (Call Name ID used to work) several months ago and it was extremely useful when everything was working..

Now, when I receive calls from any well known business, e.g. COMCAST or similar, only the number is showing and not the business name (CNAM).
