Just switched to Verizon prepaid from Tmobile prepaid. Cannot receive calls. Spent 5 hours yesterday on the phone talking to countless people who have no clue. How is there 1000s of complaints online and in forums and Verizon still cant help people with this "not receiving calls" issue. Terrible customer service. You are one of the biggest cell phone companies out there and 1000s of people coming from all different cell carriers having the same problem.
