Last night we had three Tornado Warnings. I did not receive any as an Emergency Alert. I just checked Settings | Notification Center and both AMBER Alerts and Emergency Alerts are on (Green). I have a iPhone 5C with iOS 7.1.1 (11D201). Any ideas why?

My wife and I noticed the same thing. We both have Verizon and iPhone 5 devices.
We never received any of the EAS alerts. Question for you, is your phone number local to Madison?
Ours is not, we kept our area codes from roughly 250 miles away.
Just thinking out loud.
