Not shipping

I pre ordered the new iPhone 15 pro max on sept 15. They told me it would be here tbe 29th and it still hasn’t shipped haven’t given me any updates. I have contacted support and nobody can tell me anything they always tell me something different it’s never the samething.

Same thing is happening to me. Ordered sept 18, said it would ship by sept 29. Still no iPhone, no updates. Tried called and telechatting multiple times with no solution. Been with Verizon 25 and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had getting a new phone.
