I have been with Verizon about 37 days, have had to call over 20 times for everything from pricing, unfulfilled perks and service issues already. I repeatedly asked for a supervisor and was promised 4 times that would would call me back, finally I gave up and asked to just return my phone and watch and just move on, now they refuse to take my stuff back and want to charge me. This has been the worst experience and the fact they care nothing about customer service is so unprofessional, now my credit will be affected if I leave. I would not ever recommend Verizon, horrible company!!!!
