Online Purchase and customer care have become a big mess

Long story short. I've had to buy my devices twice due to constant mishaps on online purchases and customer care. My orders went to fraud three times. I received the first trade in kit the first time I purchased the devices. I then returned them because of billing issues and store associates made a bigger mess of things and I simply returned everything for all the troubles. I then ordered the devices again. The billing was done correctly and I'm pending new kits to return my devices. I had spoken to some many agents already through all this mess. Each time I request something simple, the conversations tend to go longer than an hour. Customer service is such an inconvenience but you guys are always quick the bill. SMH.
