Order Issue

For the second time in a row, I placed an upgrade order this morning for in-store pickup.  An hour later, Verizon canceled the order without explanation. The line that is the subject of the order now shows as having a "pending order" which prevents me from placing a replacement order.  It took me over a month with various Verizon reps to resolve this issue the last time, and here I am again.  The whole reason I paid off the device to get an upgrade is because the phone on that line is not working, so I will now be without a phone until this is resolved, if it ever is.
