Order Re-Route

I’ve ordered an iPhone 13 Pro Max, waited almost 3 weeks to receive it, and then NO one, not Verizon OR FedEx…is able to give me any info on re-routing the package. 

no one will be at my apartment in the middle of the day, ANY day. So how am I supposed to ever sign for my phone? I need to re-route it to a FedEx office. 

Can anyone offer any insight on what number to call or what chat feature to use, to get this resolved??
